摘要 研究了利用“神舟三号”宇宙飞船搭载的4个烤烟品种(K326、K346、红花大金元和春雷3号)SP2(space-2generation,太空2代)苗期的一些性状变异。结果表明,SP2株系3真叶期幼苗的叶长、宽,叶绿素含量,单位叶面积重和抗坏血酸含量均发生了不同程度的变异,其中部分变异在地面对照与SP2间达到显著或极显著水平。春雷3号-SP2的抗坏血酸ASA、总抗坏血酸T-ASA和脱氢抗坏血酸DH-ASA的含量均比其它品种(材料)高,其中T-ASA含量高出其它品种(材料)1.3-2.6倍,DH-ASA高出2.5-34.0倍。春雷3号-SP2株系是一个可能的高抗坏血酸含量变异类型。 The variations of some characters in seedling stage were studied for 4 flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) varieties, K326, K346, Honghuadajinyuan and Chunlei No.3, which had taken Spacecraft Shenzhou No.3. The results showed that, to some extent, the leaf length and width at 3 leaves stage, chlorophyll content, leaf weight per unit area, and contents of ascorbic acid, total ascorbate and dehydrogen ascorbic acid at 5 leaves stage presented different variations than the control, and some variations reached significant or highly significant level. The contents of ascorbic acid, total ascorbate and dehydrogen ascorbic acid in SP2 of Chunlei No.3 were the highest, the total ascorbate content and dehydrogen ascorbic acid content was 1.3-2.6, 2.5-34.0 times higher than other materials respectively. The study suggests that SP2 line of Chunlei No.3 derived from a plant with shrunk leaves may be a mutant one with high ascorbic acid content.
