摘要
壳牌煤气化工艺 (SCGP)在汉堡中试装置、休斯敦SCGP - 1示范装置和德姆科列克 (Demkolec)IGCC发电厂商业化装置气化了大量的煤种。论述了壳牌煤气化装置的运行性能 ,对各种煤气化测试结果进行了对比评述。阐述了SCGP装置各工序在运行过程中的改进措施 ,结果表明 ,Demkolec气化装置可用率达到 95 %以上。
A lot of kinds of coals have been gasified for Shell Coal Gasification Process (SCGP) in the pilot-plant in Hamburg, SCGP-1 demonstrative plant in Houston and in the commercialized Unit of IGCC power plant in Demkolec. The operation performance of Shell Coal Gasification Plant was discussed; comparison and commentary were made for the testing results of gasification of various kinds of coals. Improving measures were introduced for various procedures of SCGP unit in the course of operation. The result indicates that the available rate in the Demkolec gasification unit reaches to more than 95%.
