摘要
根据宁夏石化分公司大颗粒尿素装置的运行规律、操作特点 ,从工艺方案、设备选型、装置布置、电气设备等方面分析了东洋公司造粒技术方案设计的缺陷和不足 ,提出了相应改进措施。
According to the operating rule and operating feature in the big granular urea plant of Ningxia Petrochemical Branch Company, the defect and shortage for the technical scheme design of prilling of Toyo Engineering corporation were analyzed from the aspects of process scheme, selection of equipment, layout of plant and electric equipment etc., the appropriate measures of improvement were presented.
