摘要
分析了氨冷凝塔在运行中产生分离效果差、操作不便、气体串联、换热效果不佳等现象的原因 ,提出了对其内件结构采取的设计改造措施 ,对改造前后运行参数进行了对比和总结。
The caused reason was analyzed for such phenomena as bad separating effect, inconvenient operation, serial gas, and bad heat exchanging effect etc., existed in the operation of ammonia condenser, the measures of design reformation adopted in structure of internal were presented, comparison and summarization were made for operating parameters before/after reformation.
