摘要
目的 对乌拉尔甘草进行高效液相指纹图谱的研究。方法 选择色谱柱 :ODS C18,流动相 :甲醇 :含 0 .5 %冰醋酸的乙腈溶液 (2 0 % ) =6 0∶4 0 ,检测波长 :2 5 4nm ,分析时间 :6 0min ,流速 :0 .8mL .min-1~ 1.5mL·min-1。结果 确定具有代表性的 2 8个峰作为共有峰 ,建立指纹图谱。结论 该方法重现性、稳定性、精密性均较好 ,可作为乌拉尔甘草的鉴别依据。
OBJECTIVE To study HPLC-fingerprint of Radix Glycyrrhizae. METHOD HPLC with C 18 [4.6(μm)×250mm]column was used,the methanol-20% acetonitrile with 0.5% glacial acetic acid was used as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 254nm.RESULTS Indicating 28 peaks in common,and the HPLC fingerprint of Radix Glycyrrhizae was eatablished.CONCLUSION This method is steady and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used as a quality control for Radix Glycyrrhizae.
