经痛消片中阿魏酸的定量方法研究

Determination of ferulic acid in Jingtongxiao tablets

采用HPLC法测定经痛消片中阿魏酸含量。流动相 :甲醇 0 .2 %醋酸 (4 0∶6 0 ) ,检测波长 :32 0nm ,线性范围 0 .0 7～ 0 .4 2 μg ,r=0 .9998,平均回收率 98.96 % ,RSD =1.87%。本法灵敏、专属性高、重现性好 ,可作为制剂质量控制指标之一。

OBJECTIVE To develop HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Jingtongxiao tablets.METHOD The method was performed on C 18 column, methanol-0.2% acetic acid (60∶40) was used as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 320nm.RESULTS The assay was linear over the range of 0.07～0.42μg, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 98.96% with the RSD=1.87%.CONCLUSION The method developed is accurate, sensitive and repeatable. It can be applied to the quality control of Jingtongxiao tablets.
