摘要
人造金刚石生产废水中含有较高浓度的镍离子,对环境有严重的污染,但又具有一定的回收价值。采用离子交换浓缩、调整溶液pH值、扩展阴极电解回收工艺可以将废水中99%的镍回收。回收过程可取得良好的经济效益。
The highly concentrated Ni2+ could be found in the man-made diamond was tewater that causes serious pollution to the environment, but is worthy of reuse . It is shown that some processes of electrolysis, such as ion exchange concentr ation, adjusting pH value and extending cathode could recover 99% of Ni2+. Envir onmental and economic benefits can be gained in the recovery process.
