摘要
介绍了填料塔高压蒸馏领域的最新研究成果 ,并从压力对体系物理化学性质、流体流动及分布的影响出发 ,分析了压力对填料塔高压蒸馏的影响。结合最新的试验结果 ,分析了规整填料高压蒸馏下“效率驼峰”的形成原因。对目前规整填料传质模型进行了评价。
Progress in research on structured packing in high pressure application is introduced. The effect of pressure on the physical properties, hydrodynamic behavior and mass transfer in packed tower is reviewed and discussed. The cause of packing efficiency loss and “efficiency hump” at high-pressure distillation is summarized and analyzed on the basis of the most recently experimental results. The validity of various mass transfer models from the literature for estimating structured packing efficiency at high-pressure condition is evaluated.
