摘要
测定了不同条件下各参数对含油废水破乳除油的影响 ,并对含油废水进行了处理。结果表明 ,经过废阳离子树脂处理后的含油废水 ,除油率可达 80 %以上。处理后出水水质稳定 ,而且废油可部分回收利用 ,对环境不产生二次污染。
A new material of treating oily wastewater,used cation exchanger resin was studied , and the principle of coarse-graining demulsifying was discussed,and the effect of parameters of demulsifying under different conditions were measured. At the same time, the actual oily wastewater was treated by this material.Experimental results indicated that removal efficiency was up to over 80%,so the material can be used as a effective primary method of treating oily wastewater. The effluent is stable, no environmental pollution, and the oil may completely be recovered,and could be coming to the purpose of treatment of polluted water with the waste.The method is effective and feasible in comparison with chemical demulsifying.
