The breakthrough of Fujian province state-owned enterprises reform

自2000年来,福建省从以下六个方面推进国有企业的改革与发展:抓住"四个一批",促进国有经济布局调整和战略重组;加快现代企业制度建立;政企分开,加强对国企的监管;坚持抓大放小,对国有企业实施战略性改组;实施兼并破产,优化资本结构;加强技术改造和技术创新,提高企业竞争力。通过深化各项改革,企业经营状况有了明显改善,总体竞争力、控制力得到了加强。

In the latest three years, Fujian province promoted the reform and development of state-owned enterprises from the following six aspects: seizing the 'four for one string' and optimize the state-owned economy's distribution; accelerating the establishment of modern corporate mechanism; implementing division between the government and the enterprises, strengthening supervision of state-owned enterprises; implementing mergers and optimization of the capital composition; strengthening technological transformation and technique innovation and improving state-owned competence. Though deepening reforming, the operation of state-owned enterprises improve greatly, and its total competence and controlling force strengthen.
