资本要素对不同区域经济发展的作用效果及比较分析

Comparison and analysis of the action effect of capital element to the economic development in the different regions

在区域经济发展过程中,资本要素通过影响劳动就业、技术进步、产业结构调整、资源配置等对经济发展产生不同作用。文章根据资本要素对经济发展的作用方式,借助于经济增长资本贡献率、科技进步资本弹性、劳动就业资本弹性等指标,测度了资本要素对我国各省市经济发展的作用效果,并运用DTOP SIS法对资本要素的综合作用效果进行了评价分析,提出了有关政策建议。

The capital element takes a general effect on the economic development by influencing the labor employment, the technical advancement, the adjustment of industrial structure, the reallocation of resource in the region. In view of the various effecting ways of capital element on economic development, the capital contribution rate to economy growth, the capital elasticity of scientific and technological advancement, and the capital elasticity of labor employment are regarded as an index system to evaluate the action effect of capital element to the economic development, and the action effects of capital element to the economic development of every province or municipality in China were measured by means of the index system. The comprehensive effects of the capital element were evaluated by DTOPSIS. Finally, several suggestions were put forward for further decision-making of regional economic development.
