摘要
文章从企业全面薪酬管理的角度,对企业雇员流失问题进行了系统的理论总结和进一步的研究。并试图根据耗散协同场理论,对这种流失现象进行规范的描述和分析,从而建立一套行之有效的企业雇员流失诊断、控制和治理的薪酬管理方法。
From the angle of enterprise overall pay management, this article gives the enterprise employee run-off problem systematic theory summary and further research. It also tries to describe and analyze the run-off phenomenon normatively according to the theory of dissipation and coordination field, and consequently build up a set of effective pay management methods of enterprise employee run-off's diagnosis, control and harness.
