摘要
对于人力资源管理中的工龄买断问题提出用经济学方法处理的新思路,构造企业内部员工产出贡献价值函数和企业内部工资、外部报酬收入函数,通过数量经济分析方法,在连续贴现和离散贴现两种贴现方式下分别给出员工工龄买断的经济模型,并据此就离散贴现方式给出实证分析和结果,得出相关结论。
The new thought of using economics to study the layoff mechanism for human resource management was put forward. These functions of output value and wage inward or reword outward of the enterprise were constructed. By using quantitative economics, the economic models on the layoff mechanism were respectively set up under the conditions of continuous or discrete discounts. The analysis of demonstration and result were showed based on the models above and some correspond conclusions were also drawn.
