中国信用制度建设的现状和模式选择

The present status of credit system's construction and patter choice in China

信用在一国经济发展中起着极其重要的作用,而现在我国社会信用体系发育程度低和普遍的信用失衡问题突显了出来,成为制约经济持续健康发展和完善社会主义市场经济体制的突出问题之一。所以,在借鉴国外信用建设的基础上,结合中国的实际,寻找出适合经济发展特点的信用建设模式,是当前亟待解决的课题。北京、上海、甘肃等地的信用制度试点,已经取得了一定的成果,总结出了一些经验教训,形成了四大信用建设模式,给中国信用的相关研究填补了一项空白,具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Credit plays a very important pole in the development of a country's economy. But at present the problem that social credit system's development is still low and the credit unbalances universally in China has revealed, and it has restricted the sustaining development of economy and the improvement of socialistic market economy. So we should seek the features of credit construction's pattern, which is suitable to the development of economy, on the base of the foreign countries' credit construction and considering the fact in China. This is the first subject we should resolve now. The experimental work of credit system in Beijing, Shanghai, and Gansu province has had achievements and experience. Credit system's construction has formed four kind patterns, which supplies a gap in relative study of credit in China and has great significance on theory and practice.
