论跨国公司管理中的伦理力建设

Construction of the ethic power in the transnational corporation management

经济全球化使全球活动跨越了地域的界限,以利益和最终绩效为终点,促进了接受各种不同政治、经济、文化、法律和教育辐射的个体互动和沟通,也产生了相互联系、相互依存的新型组织关系。在跨国公司管理中整合出符合自身成长的、竞争对手无法模仿的伦理力十分重要,这有利于提高内部凝聚力,树立外部形象,寻找到有特色的竞争优势。文章试图以西安杨森为例,就跨国公司管理中伦理力建设提出几点建议。

Economic globalization makes the economic activing to cross the precincts of the district. It's final purpose is for profit and performance. This encourages the communication of individual who has accepted the various concepts from politics,economics,culture,law and education. And this also creates a new type organization relationship of interconnection and interdependence. It is very important that the ethic power which is suitable for self -growth and which can not be imitated by rival is integrated in the transnational corporation management. This is available of improving the interior cohesion,setting up the external image and seaking the specialized competition supenority. The author attempts to introduce Xian-Janssen ,then promote several suggestions for the construction of the ethic power in the transnational corporation management.
