CEPA can be of great benefit to establishment of the economic circle of China;to reascertainment of Hong Kong's position and role in Chinese economic development;to overall promotion of the manufacturing in both Hong Kong and Chinese mainland; and to open and fusion of the market.The influence of liberalization of merchandise shows: it can cut down the tariff(reduce revenue from Chinese mainland);cause manufacturing reflow and foreign capital inflow. The influence of liberalization of service trade and convenience of investment shows:it instantly produce enormous trade creation in Hong Kong and make Chinese mainland improve its systems.
