摘要
本文建立一个静态均衡模型,运用边际和弹性的方法对公务员加薪的"养廉"效应进行了理论分析,设计了"高薪养廉"运用的条件和范围,用实例对之进行经验验证,并提出了政策建议。
By setting up a static equilibrium model and using margin and elastic methods , this text designs the condition experience and range of the policy namely ' nourish honesty with high salary '. After proving it with experience instance, the relative policy recommendations are put forward.
