摘要
随着企业间竞争的持续升温,如何有效地利用薪酬资源来帮助企业实现战略目标已成为人力资源管理部门重点研究的问题。近年来,围绕薪酬究竟应该公开还是保密的问题产生了许多争论,本文即对公开薪酬与保密薪酬的利弊分别进行研究探讨,并在此基础上提出一些观点和建议,以供学术界和企业界参考。
With the continuous rise of competition between enterprises, the problem of how to utilize salary effectively has become the emphasis of human resource management department. Recent years has been a dispute on the problem of 'Which is better-making the salary open or secret'.On the basis of researches on the pros and cons, this article puts forward some opinions and proposals to provide reference for academia and business circle.
