引进国外智力为我所用,这是我国对外开放的重要组成部分。如何运用当今信息化手段,来有效引进和利用国外智力资源是值得研究的。本文就如何发挥高等院校人才和知识密集的优势,加强高等院校智力引进中信息化建设的若干问题进行探讨。

One indispensable part of the Open Policy of China is introducing and utilizing foreign intellectual resources for interests of our country. Therefore how to employ information technology to introduce and use foreign intellectual resources with efficiency and effectiveness deserves intensive research work. This article intends to discuss what measures institutions of higher education should to make good use of the intensive talent and knowledge resources of theirs to enhance the construction of information element in the introduction of intellectual resources.
