摘要
NSY 42129细胞株是从大肠癌患者肝转移灶瘤细胞建立起来的。该细胞株经皮下接种,在5只裸鼠体内肿瘤形成率为100%,并全部发生肺转移。该细胞株在体外呈贴壁和多复层克隆样生长,在10%NBSRPMI 1640培养液和塑料或玻璃瓶皿中的克隆(集落)形成率为50%,在半固体培养基(双层琼脂)中为15%。在抗肿瘤的药敏实验或筛选抗肿瘤药物中、该细胞株可以代替双层琼脂人癌细胞集落实验。
It is described that the establishment and characteristics of human colon carcinoma cell line NSY42129 which was from metastatic lesion of liver in the patient with colon cancer. The NSY42129 human colon carcinoma cell line showed adherent coloney-like multilayer growth. In colonal study, 50% of coloney was formed in plastic or glass plate cultured in reguler medium, 15% in 2-layer agarose gel. Tumors in the site of subcutaneouse injection and metastasis lesions in the lung were formed in 5/5 tested nude mice. It could be a good model for screening of anti-tumor agents instead of 2-layer agarose gel assay (Human Tumor Coloney Assay).
