不同负荷训练对小白鼠腓肠肌内侧头肌纤维型和运动终板的影响 被引量:5

EFFECTS OF TRAINING WITH DIFFERENT LOADING ON THE MUSCLE FIBER TYPES AND MOTER END-PLATES OF GASTROCNEMIUS MUSLE IN MOUSE

摘要 用SDH与AchE结合染色法,观察经过不同负荷训练的小白鼠腓肠肌内侧头肌纤维型和运动终板的变化。结果:间歇跑训练使红肌纤维数增加16.3%,中间肌纤维数减少10.1%,白肌纤维数减少6.1%,白肌纤维和中间肌纤维平均直径增加显著,中间肌纤维上运动终板的平均直径增加显著;连续跑训练使中间肌纤维数增加11.8%,红肌纤维数增加5.8%,白肌纤维数减少17.7%,中间肌纤维平均直径增加显著,红肌纤维上运动终板的平均直径增加显著。 Changes which were induced by training wiih different loading of muscle fiber types and motor end-plates of medial head of gastrocnemius muscle in mouse were observed by combined SDH with AchE stain in this article. It showed that running training with intervals made the numbers of red muscle fiber increase 16.3%, intermediate muscle fiber decrease 10.1% and white muscle fiber decrease 6.1%; average diameters of white muscle fiber and intermediate muscle fiber increase markedly; average diameters of the moter end-plates of intermediate muscle fiber increase markedly. However, continued running training made the numbers of intermediate muscle fiber increase 11.8%, red muscle fiber increase 5.8%, white muscle fiber decrease 17.7%, average diameters if intermediate muscle fiber increase markedly; average diameters of the motor end-plates of red muscle fiber increase markedly. Physiological significance of the changes are discussed in this paper according to the results observed.
