聚醚酮增韧酚醛树脂基复合材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究热塑性树脂聚醚酮(PEK-C)增韧酚醛树脂复合材料及力学性能随温度的变化,结果表明PEK-C的加入提高了复合材料的剪切强度,随温度升高层间剪切强度逐步下降,下降幅度高于未增韧体系,其弯曲强度也随温度升高而下降,下降幅度低于层间剪切强度,下降趋势呈直线方式。 In this paper phenolic resin composite toughened by poly (ether-ketone) thermoplastic resin and the change of its mechanical properties with temperature′s variety were studied.The result showed that the shear strength of phenolic resin composite was increased by blending with thermoplastic poly (ether-ketone)resin,its intercalation shear strength was decreased progressively with increasing of temperature,the decreasing rangeability was higher than untoughened system and its bending strength was also decreased progressively with increasing of temperature and the decreasing rangeability was lower than that of intercalation shear strength and the bending strength-temperature relation met with straightness equation.
