链脲佐菌素诱发大白鼠糖性白内障晶体的扫描电镜观察

OBSERVATION BY SEM ON THE DIABETIC CATARACT LENS OF RATS INDUCED BY STREPTOZOTOCIN

用2%STZ经尾静脉注射诱导大白鼠糖尿病性白内障,并在白内障不同分期中取晶状体,作扫描电镜观察。晶状体囊的改变为表面凸凹不平或长条形凸起与凹陷改变、细条纹样皱褶、月球表面环形山样圆形凹陷、大小不等凸起样和小点样改变。晶状体纤维的改变为纤维肿胀、膨隆,指状突减少代之以圆形孔洞,肿胀严重者纤维呈面条样改变,指状突及框架结构消失。纤维肿胀,膜局部破裂呈多孔样中空结构。纤维变性、崩溃,失去支架样结构,成为无结构组织堆积。囊下纤维组织崩溃、脱落呈缺损样改变。并讨论了这些形态学改变发生的机理。

The lens of 30 rats with diabetic cataract were observed by SEM. The changes of the lens capsule were full of round stripe-like convex and concave or fine fold changes, round concave on which fundus the fibres were slit, broken to filament. The changes of lens fibre were: fibres became swollen, dilated and protruded, less of normal finger-like protrusions, instead of round holes, severe swollen fibres became like noodles, norma finger-like protrusion and frame structure were disappered, later some of them became no-structure piles like cement, there were also seen Morgagni's globules. With undergoing changes of lens opacity, the fibre degeneration and collapse went to the nucleas, to form the special changes from surface to deep, from one point to a large area.
