摘要
应用显微外科解剖学及光镜与电镜观察方法,研究了股薄肌的肌外血管应用解剖及肌内血管三维构筑的特点和规律。肌外动脉的入肌点主要集中于肌肉的上2/5~4/5段,其主要来源是旋股内侧动脉和股动脉的分支,属于节段性动脉的供应血管。肌内动脉依据其形态学特点可分为U型、球型、轴型和侧支型,并用扫描电镜复制出这四种形态的动脉。依据基础研究的结果,提出改进肌袢成形术术式的建议。
The extramuscular and the intramuscular vascular supplies of the gracilis muscle were studied by method of microsurgical anatomy and light and scanning electron microscopy. The extramuscular arteries which were mainly coming from the medial circumflex femoral artery and femoral artery, which belonged to the segmental arterial type, were located in the upper 2/5-4/5 segments of the gracilis muscle. The intramuscular vessels can be divided into four types: U-like, Ball-like, Trunk-like and Collateral tributary like by the way of light and scanning electron microscopy according to our study, Based on this research, a new kind of operative type is suggested.
