免疫印迹技术在单纯疱疹病毒型鉴定的应用

APPLICATION OF WESTERN BLOT TECHNIQUE IN TYPING HSV

本实验对免疫印迹(Western Blot,WB)技术在单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)型鉴定上的应用做了探讨性研究,以ELISA方法做对照,对临床分离的HSV进行型别鉴定,比较了两种方法对HSV型别鉴定的价值,发现23-28、41、42kd多肽可能为HSV-1型特异性抗原。

Present experiment investigated the application of Western Blot technique in typing HSV. Compared with ELISA method, clinic isolated HSV were typed by it, and the application value of two metheds in typing HSV were compared. It is found that 23-28 and 41、42kd Polypeptides may be type-specifical antigens on HSV-1.
