Causes Analysis of High Temperature of Thrust Bearing for Turbine and Disposal

针对山东铝业公司热电厂汽轮机推力轴承推力瓦块不定点温度高这一特殊现象进行了原因分析,进行了升降负荷及油温改变试验,提出了改进措施,通过检修轴承,推力轴承温度高故障得以消除,保证了汽轮机安全稳定经济运行。

The causes of high temperature in some points on the thrust tiles of the thrust bearings for the turbine of the Heat Power Plant of Shandong Aluminium Industry Co. were analyzed. The tests of increasing and decreasing load and changing oil temperature were carried out, and improving measures were given. Based on repairing of the bearings, high temperature of the thrust bearings were eliminated, which guaranteed safe, stable and economic running of the turbine.
