AgNOR检测对鉴别口腔良恶性病变的应用

摘要 采用AgNOR一步银胶染色法,对45例口腔良恶性病变的新鲜标本印片进行了定量定性研究。AgNOR染色结果为细胞核内界限清楚的黑色颗粒,在良性病变中,每个细胞大多数含1~2个AgNOR颗粒,偶见2个以上AgNOR颗粒;而在恶性肿瘤中,大多数细胞含3个以上AgNOR颗粒。20例恶性肿瘤的平均AgNOR数,与22例良性病变的平均AgNOR数有非常显著性差别(P<0.001)。 One-stage Ag-glue staining technique of the AgNOR is used in the article, the quantiative and qualitative study of fresh specimen smear in 45 cases of oral benign and malignant lesion were completed. The result stained AgNOR that black granulars defined clearly were seen in the nuclei. There are about 1~2 granulars in every cell of benign lesion. The more than 2 AgNOR granulars was found rare occasional in the nuclei. Otherwise, there are more that 3 AgNOR granulars in great majority of cells of malignant lesion. The average number of AgNOR granulars is 3.53 in 20 cases of malignant tumor and 1.52 in 22 cases of benign tumor. Their different was very remarkable (P<0.01).
