摘要 目的 观察和测定原发性开角型青光眼患者视神经乳头的血管形态、数量变化 ,探讨血循环障碍对青光眼所致视神经损害的影响并提供病理依据。方法 将青光眼患者和正常人视神经乳头标本连续半薄垂直切片 ,采用计算机图像分析和生物体视学方法测定血管的体积密度、数量密度和相对面积比率。结果 血管的体积密度和相对面积比率均较对照组显著降低 ,而两组的血管数量密度无明显差异。结论 原发性开角型青光眼视乳头筛板区的血管形态发生变化 。 Objective To observe the structure and quantity of capillaries in optic nerve head (ONH) of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). Methods The vasculatures of ONH in clinicopathological slices from POAG eyes and normal human eyes were observed. The volume density (Vv), quantity density (NA), and relative area ratio (Ss) of capillaries in ONH eyes were measured by computer image analysis and biological stereological methods. Results Compared with those of the control group, the Vv and Ss of capillaries in ONH of the POAG group were significantly reduced. The morphometer NA of capillaries in POAG group was not significantly different from that in the control group. Conclusion The blood flow is diminished in ONH of POAG eyes.
