摘要
介绍2003年度国家电网公司生产经营情况,并针对全年生产经营情况进行分析,提出有关的建议和措施,为2004年电力运营和有关政策的出台提供参考依据。
This paper introduces and analyzes the producing and operating status of State Grid Corporation in 2003, according to annual production and operation status. The relevant suggestions and measures for reference to power production and operation in 2004 and enacting relevant policies are also presented.
