胰岛素细胞抗体—测定及与糖尿病的关系

ISLET CELL ANTIBODIES DETECTION AND RALATION WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

用胰腺冰冻切片间接免疫荧光法成功地检测出血清中胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)。用上述方法对90例不同病程的IDDM、82例NIDDM及68例正常对照进行了ICA的测定,发现我国病程短于1年的IDDM病人ICA阳性率(51.1%)高于同病程的NIDDM(11.3%)及正常对照(1.47%),并且随病程延长,ICA阳性率逐渐降低。提示ICA可以作为存在自身免疫的血清学标志,自身免疫在IDDM发病中占有更重要的地位。

Islet cell antibodies (ICA) were successfully detected with indirect immunofluorescence assay on frozen sections of human pancreas. The assay has advantage of simpler process and higher positivity. With the assay ICA were measured in 90 IDDM, 82 NIDDM with different duration of disease and 68 normal subjects. The prevalence of ICA was 51.1%, 11.3%, and 1.47% respectively.The result showed that ICA had strong relation with IDDM. ICA could be regarded as the serological marker of autoimmune in IDDM.
