大腿前部皮瓣显微外科解剖学及其临床应用

THE MICBCSUICICAL ANATOMY AND CHICAI APPLICATION OF THE ANTERIOFEMORAL SKIN PLAP

用69侧下肢观察了大腿前部皮瓣的缝匠肌外缘皮动脉起源、位置及外径和皮动脉穿深筋膜的位置、外径及分支分布,观察了皮瓣内的皮静脉和皮神经。为该皮瓣游离移植提供形态学资料。并在临床上为5名患者施行本皮辦游离移植术,以修复手及足等部位的损伤,重建其形态和功能,均达到满意的效果。

The source, position and external diameter of the lateral-marginal cutaneous artery of the sartorius muscle of anteriofemoral skin flap, and the cutaneous vein and nerve in this skin flap were observed in 69 pieces of adult lower limbs. All these statistics data provide the morphological material for clinical skin flap transplantation. The anteriofemoral skin flap transplantation have been performed in clinic for 5 pieces of person for repairing their seriously damaged hand and foot in order to reconstructe organic morphology and function, the effect is satisfied.
