摘要
应用电镜酶组织化学法对恶性肿瘤患者癌周淋巴结副皮质区淋巴细胞ATP酶、G-6-P酶进行了研究。结果:ATP酶、G-6-P酶活性明显减弱,颗粒变小,数量减少,密度降低。提示这些酶活性下降可能是导致恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能降低的主要原因。
In this paper, we have studied ATPase, G-6-Pase in lymphocytes at paracortical region in lymph node around cancer tissue in patients with malignant tumor by use of elecron enzyme histochemical method. The result shows that the activity of above-mentioned enzymes has been weakened, their granules became tinier and the number is decreased, their density is lower. This suggests that the decrease of the enzyme activity may Le the main reason leading to the decrease of cellular immunological function in these patients.
