摘要 目的探讨内听道蛛网膜解剖结构;术中观察听神经瘤与蛛网膜之间的关系。方法解剖观察尸头后术中观察蛛网膜与肿瘤及神经之间的关系。结果内听道蛛网膜是桥小脑角池蛛网膜的延续,并达到内听道底部。肿瘤和神经之间没有蛛网膜间隔。结论听神经瘤是蛛网膜内位肿瘤,锐性和明视下切除肿瘤有助于神经功能的保护。 Objective To investigate structure of arachnoid membrane in internal auditory canal in cadaver and to observe relationship between vestibular schwannomas and arachnoid membrane during operation. Methods Anatomic observation on arachnoid membrane in internal auditory canal in cadaver and operative observation on relationship among tumor, arachnoid membrane and nerve. Results Arachnoid membrane of internal acoustic canal is extension of arachnoid membrane of cerebropontine angle and protrudes to end of internal auditory canal. Conclusion Vestibular schwannomas is inside tumor of arachnoid membrane, visual and sharp incision of tumor is helpful to preserve nerve function.
