动脉瘤破裂栓塞后难治性血管痉挛1例报告

摘要
报告1例脑动脉瘤破裂GDC栓塞后脑血管痉挛病人的治疗和预后。此类血管痉挛目前仍无确实有效的治疗方法,腰穿释放血性脑脊液、尼莫地平和罂粟碱静脉滴注、抗凝、补液稀释血液及控制血压等治疗均疗效不佳。
