丘脑胶质细胞瘤的CT表现

CT findings of thalamic gliocytoma

目的探讨丘脑胶质细胞瘤的CT特点。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的丘脑胶质细胞瘤22例,对其影像学表现及有关临床资料进行分析。全部病例均行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果22例丘脑胶质细胞瘤中,平扫10例为低密度,9例为混杂密度,3例为等密度;边缘清楚者13例,脑积水14例,瘤周水肿3例,增强后17例见形式不一、程度不等的强化,5例未见强化。结论丘脑胶质细胞瘤的CT表现有一定特征,根据CT特点和临床表现可作出准确诊断。

Objective To analyze the CT findings of the thalamic gliomas. Methods The CT findings of 22 patients with surgically and pathologically proved thalamic gliocytoma were analyzed retrospectively. All patients underwent pre-contrast CT scans and contrast enhanced CT scans.Results Hypodense lesions were found in 10 cases, heterogeneous dense lesions in 8 cases,and isodense or lightly hyperdense lesions in 4 cases. Clear margin of the lesions was seen in 13 cases. Only 3 cases showed the edema in the periphery of the tumors. Hydrocephalus was seen in 14 cases. On postcontrast CT images, enhanced lesions with different patterns and degrees were found in 17 cases but no enhanced lesions were observed in 5 cases.Conclusion Based on the CT findings and clinical features,it is possible to make a definite diagnosis of thalamic gliocytoma.
