摘要
目的:探讨利用螺旋CT扫描建立下颌骨、模拟下颌骨骨折、骨折内固定以及愈合进程的三维有限元模型的途径。方法:对正常志愿者颌面部进行螺旋CT扫描,使用计算机图像处理软件,获取下颌骨解剖结构的三维坐标数据库;输入ANSYS前处理程序,获取正常下颌骨三维有限元模型。结果:获得了形态细致逼真、相似性好的健康人下颌骨三维有限元模型,建立了模拟骨折、骨折内固定以及骨折愈合进程的下颌骨三维有限元模型。结论:应用螺旋CT扫描、计算机图像分析技术与Ansys前处理程序相结合的方法,建立正常下颌骨、模拟下颌骨骨折、骨折内固定以及愈合进程的三维有限元模型的方法是可行的。
PURPOSE:To develop a method of constructing three-dimensional finite element of human mandible which may simulate human mandible or fractured mandible or fracture fixation or fracture healing.METHODS:We established a three-dimensional structure coordinate database of the health volunteer's mandible,which came from a series of spiral CT images by using computer image process technique and put it into ANSYS preprocess program to build a3D-FE model of normal human mandible.RESULTS:A Three-dimensional finite element model of normal human mandible was constructed.Also,models which may simulate fracture or fracture fixation or healing were constructed respectively.CONCLUSION:The method to develop models of normal human mandible or fractured mandible or fracture fixation or healing was feasible and effective.
