摘要 目的:评价Q-开关NdYAG激光治疗3种文刺的疗效。方法:采用Q-开关NdYAG激光治疗文眉251例、文眼线59例、文身101例,并对治疗效果作统计学分析和比较。结果:应用Q-开关NdYAG激光治疗3种文刺,随着治疗次数增多,疗效增加,文眉组疗效优于文眼线组,文眉、文眼线组优于文身组。结论:Q-开关NdYAG激光是治疗文刺的有效手段,安全可行,不良反应小,疗效与文刺的深度和染料的成分和数量有关。 Objective: To determine the effectiveness of Q-switch Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of three kinds of tattoo.Methods: 251 cases with tattoo on eyebrow, 59 cases on eyeline and 101 cases on body were treated with Q-switch Nd:YAG laser. All patients received treatments were assessed with statistics. Results: The more treatments they received, the more effective. The treatment of group with tattoo on eyebrow was more effective than tattoo on eyeline. The treatment of groups with tattoo on eyebrow or eyeline are more effective than tattoo on body. Conclusions: Q-switch Nd:YAG laser is a effective and safe treatment for three kinds of tattoo with little side effects. The effectiveness is associated with the quantities and ingredients of tincture and the depth of tattoo.
