摘要
目的 检测正常人表皮及真皮内结合珠蛋白mRNA的表达。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)法。结果 在 12例正常人表皮及真皮总RNART PCR产物中均扩增出结合珠蛋白片段。结论 在正常人表皮及真皮内均有结合珠蛋白mRNA的表达。
Objective To investigate the expression of haptoglobin mRNA in normal human epidermis and dermis. Methods RT-PCR method were used.Results All of the samples (epidermis and dermis) cDNA was amplified by PCR method with Hp primers and got 197bp products. Conclusion There was haptoglobin mRNA expression in normal human epidermis and dermis.
