血管活性肠肽在扁平苔藓患者皮肤中的表达

目的 探讨血管活性肠肽 (VIP)在扁平苔藓 (LP)发病中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化技术检测VIP在 2 0例LP皮损及 2 0例健康志愿者正常皮肤中的表达 ,对染色结果进行比较分析。结果 皮损区阳性染色呈弥漫性分布在整个表皮 ,细胞浆呈棕黄色染色 ,正常皮肤阳性染色主要见于表皮的基底层细胞中。LP患者VIP表达阳性率和皮损区VIP表达水平均明显高于正常皮肤 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 LP皮损中VIP表达增高提示其在LP的发病中起一定的作用。

Objective To investigate the function of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in pathogenesis of LP.Methods The expression of VIP in lesion specimens from 20 patients with LP and normal skin from 20 healthy volunteers were examined with immunohistochemistry.Positive staining in lesions was distributed in the whole epidermis,brown-yellowish staining was observed in cell plasma,while positive staining in normal skin was localized mainly at the basal cell layer.Results Compared with the normal skin,the positive rate and the mean expression level of VIP in lesions of LP were significantly higher,( P <0.05).Conclusion The higher level of VIP in the lesions of patients with LP may play a patial role in the pathogenesis of LP.
