系统性红斑狼疮患者脑脊液检查分析

Analysis of Cerebrospinal Fluid in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者脑脊液 (CSF)的改变规律 ,为诊断提供依据。方法 检测 2 0例狼疮性脑病 (NPLE)和 2 0例非狼疮性脑病SLE患者CSF常规、生化、酶学、免疫学指标。结果 NPLE组的CSF细胞数、蛋白质、抗核抗体 (ANA)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)、肌酸激酶 (CK )均升高 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 SLE患者CSF的改变与神经系统受累的严重程度一致 ,检查CSF对狼疮性脑病的诊断、判断预后有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the changing rule of the cerebrospinal fluid in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and provide strong evidences for the diagnosis of lupus encephalitis. Methods The routine test and biochemical,enzymological and immunological changes of cerebrospinal fluid in 20 cases of NPLE and 20 cases of non NPLE patients were examined respectively.Results The cells count,protein concentration,quantity of anti-nucleus antibody,concentration of asparate aminotransferase (AST) and creatine phosphokinase (CK) of cerebrospinal fluid in NPLE patients were significantly higher than those in non NPLE patients( P <0.05).Conclusion Our data show that the changes of cerebrospinal fluid in SLE patients were consistent with the injury degree of nervous system.Therefore,to understand the changes of cerebrospinal fluid is very important for the diagnosis and the prognosis of NPLE.
