5-氟尿嘧啶阴道填塞联合人白介素-2治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣49例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 5-Fliorouracil Combined with Interleukin-Ⅱ in the Treatment of 49 Patients with Cervial Condyloma Acuminita

目的 评价 5 氟尿嘧啶 (5 FU)联合人白介素 2 (IL 2 )治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣 (CA)的疗效和安全性。方法 治疗组 49例宫颈CA采用 2 .5 %的 5 FU液阴道填塞 ,1次 /d ,共 4次 ,同时肌肉注射IL 2 2 0万u ,1次 /d ,共 2周 ;对照组46例采用二氧化碳激光联合IL 2治疗 ,IL 2用法同治疗组。结果 治疗组治愈率 86.9%,对照组治愈率 45 .4%,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 此法安全有效 ,尤其适用于无禁忌症、反复发作、采用激光等治疗有困难的宫颈CA患者。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of 5-Fliorouracil (5-FU) used in vagina combined with Interleukin-Ⅱ (IL-2) injection in the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminata (CA).Methods 49 patients with cervical CA in the study group were treated with 2.5% 5-FU in vagina once per day for 4 days and intramuscular injection of IL-2 (2.0×10 5 IU) once per day for two weeks.46 patients in the control group were treated with CO 2 laser and IL-2 injection. The schemes of IL-2 injection were the same in the two groups. Results The difference of cure rate was significant( P <0.01) between the study group (86.9%) and the control group (45.4%). Conclusion The treatment is effective and safe. It’s especially suitable for patients with recurrent cervical CA who have no contraindications and have difficulty in CO 2 laser therapy.
