微型脑卒中鉴别诊断仪的设计

摘要 本文介绍一种专为没有CT的中小型医院使用的鉴别脑出血和脑血栓的仪器。它的特点是具有较高的准确率,价格便宜,使用方便。仪器设计原理是用症状频率比鉴别诊断法:将大量已确诊的病例依26个症状进行统计,用最优化计算方法在微机上进行数据处理,求出症状指数和鉴别阈值。仪器硬件采用集成电路全加器,结构简单,成本低廉,便于生产和推广。 This paper describes an instrument for differentiating intracerebral hemorthage and cerebral infarction specially for use in small and medium-size hospitals without provision of CT sets. It combincs the benefits of easy use, low price and higher accuracy. The design principle of the instrument is to use symptomatic frequence for making differential diagnosis: statistics are made of a large number of cases with accurate diagnosis according to 26 symptoms. Data processing is done in a computer by optimization to show symptomatic index and differential threshold value. Cheap IC addcr of simple structure is used for hardware of the instrument which can be easily manufactured for popularization.
