人视网膜神经纤维层厚度与眼轴长度相关性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究人视网膜神经纤维层厚度 (RNFLT)与眼轴长度的关系。方法 应用视网膜厚度分析仪 (RTA)检测 116例 ( 116眼 )正常志愿者RNFLT、屈光状态和眼轴长度并进行统计分析。结果 男女两组志愿者的平均RNFLT没有统计学差异 ;RNFLT与近视眼屈光度呈负相关关系 (r =-0 .64 69,P <0 .0 1) ;RNFLT与眼轴长度也呈负相关关系 (r =-0 .6971,P <0 .0 1)。结论 人视网膜神经纤维层厚度随眼轴长度增加而减少。在借助视网膜神经纤维层厚度诊断疾病时要考虑眼轴长度对结果的影响。 ObjectiveTo study the correlation between the retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLT) and the axial length of the globe.MethodsRNFLT,axial length and refraction of 116 eyes were examined by using retinal thickness analyzer(RTA),A-ultrasound and phoropter, respectively.ResultsThere were no significant difference in RNFLT between male and female groups.There were significant inverse linear correlation between RNFLT and refraction,and also between RNFLT and axial length.ConclusionRNFLT decreases with axial length in human eye.Effect of axial length of globe on RNFLT should be concerned for a clinical diagnosis.
