摘要
为了抑制微循环图像的大噪声,我们提出了一种非线性变换并研究了适宜的准则,实现对微血管任一截面处的管径的精确测量;为了能在血管晃动时进行测量,我们采用了自跟踪窗口技术,并与非线性变换联合使用实现了对微循环血管管径的动态连续测量。实测结果验证了我们的方法的有效性。
A non-linear transform is put forward to suppress noise in microcirculation images,and appropriate methods are devised to measure cross sectional diameter with high accuracy. Auto-tracking window echnique and the non-linear transform are combined to dynamically and continuously measure diameters when wobble occurs. Experimental results indicate the effectiveness of the methods.
