摘要
结合当今电力系统中电网和火电厂自动发电控制(AGC)的实现技术,在介绍电网AGC技术的实现与发展、AGC实施中的NERC新标准CPS及火电厂实施AGC控制方案的基础上,结合我国大型火电机组投入AGC现状,分析电网和电厂间相互联系的控制信息。并指出火电机组在AGC系统中的串级慢速内回路作用,提出互联电网实现AGC控制有关电网和电厂方面的一些建议。
This paper deals with the research and development for the realization of Automatic Generation Control (AGC) systems. By intro-
ducing the NERC Control Performance Standard (CPS) as a replacement fOr A1/A2 for the control area demand-supply performance, the cas-
cade loop structure and the control for slow inner loop actions for a large coal-fired generating unit are analyzed. Some suggestions are given
for the multiarea AGC realization both in power system and power Plant engineering applications.
