一种用微机实现的心电图数据压缩方法

One approach of performing ECG data compression using microcomputer.

本文方法用ICM/PC微机实现,它首先对心电图原始数据分段进行快速余弦变换(FCT),然后,方差统计变换域系数,采用“方差准则”筛选系数。本文最后比较了原始与重建心电图,并给出压缩比以及均方误差。

The method used in this paper is realised using IBM/PC microcomputer, It first segmentally transforms ECG original data via fast cosine transform, then statistically counts up transform domain coefficient by variance and sifts coefficient using 'variance criterion'. Finally,reconstructed ECG is compared with original ECG. In addition, compression ratio and mean square error are given.
