调度员动态仿真系统培训问题探讨

Discussion on training problem of dispatcher training simulator

针对目前电网调度人员使用的调度员培训仿真系统(DTS)虽然可提高电网调度人员处理事故的能力,但现在国内使用DTS系统主要对调度员进行静态培训,无法进行模拟电网事故动态培训的实际情况,根据调度员处理复杂电网事故的过程,结合DTS系统的功能,提出DTS系统进行动态培训的思路和实现模式。

Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS)can be used to improve the ability of handling power network accident for power network ope- rator, but now, the training on DTS system mainly for dispatcher is in static state, which cannot simulate the actual condition of the dynamic ac- cident of power network. According to the complex process of handling power network accident, and combined with the function of DTS system, the ideas and modes for using DTS system to realize the dynamic training are presented in the paper.
