中药黄白液对豚鼠生殖器疱疹复发感染模型的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 从动物实验角度进一步探讨中药黄白液防治复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效与作用机理。方法  5 0只雌性豚鼠以阴道接种建立生殖器疱疹初发模型及紫外线照射法诱导复发皮损 ,观察了黄白液三个剂量 (1.41g/ml,1.12 8g/ml和 0 .90 2 g/ml)对感染豚鼠的外阴皮损、阴道拭子病毒滴度及干扰素效价的影响 ,并以阿昔洛韦及生理盐水作了对照。结果 黄白液对初发及复发感染豚鼠外阴皮损积分的改变与阿昔洛韦相当 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,诱导感染豚鼠干扰素产生的功能则明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中又以高剂量 (1.41g/ml ,相当于人剂量 12 0g/ 10 0ml)为优。在复发感染中 ,黄白液组有 5只豚鼠未出现皮损。初发感染豚鼠测得的阴道拭子病毒滴度的结果显示阿昔洛韦优于黄白液低剂量组及黄白液中剂量组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而复发感染中则以黄白液组为优。结论 黄白液不仅有直接抑制HSV Ⅱ复制与排放的功能 ,还能通过提高机体免疫力 ,持续抗病毒 。 Objective To investigate the therapic effect and mechanism of traditional chinese medicine Huangbaiye(HBY)on recurrent genital herpes(GH) in animal model experiments.Methods Fifty female guinea pigs were all intravaginal infected with HSV-Ⅱ in order to set up a animal model of primary infection,and exposed for 10 min to UVB light in order to induce recurrent lesions.We examined periodically for primary and recurrent lesions on the external genital skin and HSV titer in vaginal swab specimens and IFN after HBY(1.41 g/ml,1.128 g/ml and 0.902 g/ml) were administered to the animals,and acycllovir and saline as control-agents. Results HBY could reduce primary and recurrent infective lesions on the external genital as well as acyclovir( P >0.05),but induced more IFN than acyclovir did( P <0.01).At primary infection phase, the levels of virus in vaginal swab specimens from the HBY group were higher than those from the acyclovir group,in contrast to recurrent infection phase.Furthermore,when all of the animals in acyclovir or saline group appear recurrent lesions,5 animals in HBY groups were examined absent of lesions. Conclusion HBY can not only directly inhibit the HSV-Ⅱ from replicating and shedding,but also reinforced immunity. As result,HBY has significant effect on the recurrent HSV-Ⅱ infections.
