慢性光化性皮炎105例光试验研究

Phototesting in 105 patients with chronic actinic dermatitis

目的:总结日光模拟器对慢性光化性皮炎(CAD)患者进行光试验的结果与应用价值。方法:采用日光紫外线模拟器,对30名正常人和105例CAD患者进行长波紫外线(UVA)、中波紫外线(UVB)的最小红斑量(MED)测定。结果:在UVA波段,当剂量<40J/cm2时,30名正常人均无红斑反应,而105例CAD患者中63例出现不同程度的红斑反应(60%);在UVB波段,CAD患者的MED显著低于正常人(P=0.001)。结论:采用日光模拟器对CAD患者进行光试验,有助于对CAD的诊断。

Objective:To summarize the result of phototesting in patients with chronic actinic dermatitis(CAD)and evaluate the ap plication significance of a sunlight simulator.Methods :Mini mal erythema doses(MED)of UVB and UVA were mea-sured by using a sunlight simulator.One hundred and five patients with CAD and30healthy volunteers were involved in the study.Results:Under the tested dosage of UVA(40J /cm 2 ),none of the healthy volunteers showed positive erythema reac-tion,while erythema reaction can be detected in63CAD patients(60%).For UVB testing,MEDs of CAD patients were sig-nifi cantly lower than those of normal persons(P=0.001).Conclusions :Sunlight simulator can be employed in phototesting,and be helpful in the diagnosis and management of patients with CAD.
