摘要
目的 :评价腔内超声溶栓对动物外周血管血栓模型的疗效 ;观察超声溶栓对血管壁及静脉瓣膜的影响 .方法 :人为造成犬后肢股动、静脉血栓 ,以超声溶栓仪行超声溶栓 ,观察记录溶栓效果及血管再通情况 ,股动脉、静脉溶栓后做病理观察 ,了解管壁及瓣膜情况 .结果 :超声溶栓组动、静脉血管再通情况分别为 14 /15和 13/15 ,病理切片显示 ,溶栓组血管壁、静脉瓣膜损伤与对照组比较无显著差异 .结论
AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of intraluminal ultrasound thrombolysis (UT) in the treatment of peripheral vascular thrombosis model and to observe the changes of vascular endothelium and venous valve after UT. METHODS: Models of femoral arterial and venous thrombosis in dogs' lower limbs were made and then treated by UT. The recanalization of blood vessel was observed and the femoral arteries and veins were excised to investigate the pathologic changes in vascular endothelium and venous valve. RESULTS: The recanalization in femoral arterials and veins was 14/15 and 13/15, respectively. By comparison with the control group, no significant difference in endothelium or venous valve injury was observed in the UT group. CONCLUSION: UT has satisfying short term effects in treating peripheral vascular thrombosis.
